Gary Biniak
Job Title: CEO and President
Experience: Under Gary’s leadership, IncWorx has grown to become the premier global technology integrator for technology solutions in the enterprise. One of the company's founders, Gary works closely with the IncWorx Advisory Board to realize the company's mission of creating value for customers by delivering solutions that are successful, the first time.
Gary has more than 15 years experience in the high-tech industry. He started his career working for Andersen Consulting, and then was recruited to a smaller consulting firm where he successfully helped launch their emerging technologies practice focused on helping Fortune 500 companies apply technology to improve business performance. His success inspired him to create IncWorx.
Gary is a graduate of Cornell with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with an emphasis in computer science.
Heath Anderson
Job Title: VP of Strategic Alliances
Experience: Heath Anderson's brings years of experience in the consulting and training industry. He worked as the Director of Consulting for the Information Management Group and brought them from zero to over 80 consultants in just over a year. His vast knowledge of the industry, people and alliances makes Heath a natural fit for IncWorx Consulting
Darren Sieck
Job Title: VP of Security and Infrastructure
Experience: With over 12 years of consulting experience, Darren has provided IncWorx technical expertise around the IncWorx security and infrastructure practice. Proper infrastructure and design are the corner stones to efficient, secure, and scaleable computer solution integrations. Darren’s background in security for networks and applications makes him a valuable asset to the IncWorx team especially in today’s security conscious environment.
Darren is a graduate of DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems and holds several security certifications from Checkpoint and Cisco.
Fanan Lemezis
Job Title: VP of Operations
Experience: Fanan brings to IncWorx Consulting over 10 years of experience in the Technology Industry. With an emphasis on sales, call center management and overall client services, Fanan has been able to refine our internal process and provide exceptional service to our internal team as well as our clients.
More recently, Fanan’s experience within the Financial Industry honed her management and sales skills. Fanan’s ability to understand business goals and objectives lead her to achieve the prestigious Top Producer Award and broken records for highest sales.
Fanan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from Michigan State University with an emphasis in Political Science, Sociology and Geography.
Victoria Vales
Job Title: VP of Human Resources
Experience: With over 10 years recruiting experience and 15 years in the Information Technology industry, Victoria brought a refined recruiting approach and discipline to IncWorx Consulting. Her years of experience as the Midwest Regions Recruiter for Oracle allowed IncWorx to streamline our resource and retention approach. Victoria also captured the award for being the number one Recruiter and vendor of choice for a major Financial/Brokerage company. That experience has allowed IncWorx Consulting to provide unparallel service to our clients who utilize Vendor Management tools
