Within the first 30 day we developed a comprehensive remediation plan to bring The Standard’s SharePoint environments from a state of instability back to a fully functioning platform that could be trusted to provide consistent uptime and availability for the business-critical processes that supported the daily efforts of the business.
Once stable, IncWorx turned its attention to providing daily monitoring and maintenance to prevent issues before they occurred, incident management to ensure issues that did come up were addressed quickly and efficiently – responses average less than 30 minutes, and began working with users and teams to design and develop solutions that would support the always expanding business goals.
Small scale design and development solutions quickly turned into providing full scale SharePoint and .NET development resources.
