The client oversees numerous resort properties, each responsible for submitting monthly financial reports to the corporate finance team. Resort staff do not have internal corporate accounts and participate in Microsoft Teams as guest users.
The existing process required each property team to upload reports manually and rely on additional steps to ensure corporate finance received the correct files. Managing submissions from multiple locations created challenges around consistency, organization, and timely access to financial information.
