At the same time, the solution creates a corresponding entry in the List of Flow Backups SharePoint list. This structure provides clear traceability and an organized backup history.
When restoration becomes necessary, users select a backup from the SharePoint list and trigger the third flow. The restore process creates a new Power Automate flow using the original definition and connection details. This approach eliminates guesswork and ensures consistency during recovery.
